Overview

Pay : $275,000 - $375,000 per year

Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex real estate transactions involving commercial, mixed-use, and high-value properties
• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing
• Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related contracts
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a collegial, high-performance environment
• Cultivate and grow client relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Meet expectations consistent with partner-level responsibilities and contributions
