Customer Support Associate

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to serve as a liaison between the organization and its Collectors, primarily supporting inquiries related to products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Collectors to address inquiries and issues

Provide exemplary service through various communication channels

Build and maintain relationships with repeat Collectors

Required Qualifications

Positive, Collector-minded individual with a passion to serve

General knowledge of the trading cards and collectibles industry

Experience with customer interactions via web message, voice, and email

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
