POSITION SUMMARY
The AI Strategist & Solution Architect will be responsible for leveraging AI technologies to design and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define strategic roadmaps, build proof-of-concepts, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the AI & Data Science strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a thought leader, evangelizing best practices in applied AI, responsible AI, and data-driven decision-making.
- Engage with executives and industry forums to establish the organization as a leader in AI innovation.
- Solution Design & Enterprise-Scale Delivery
- Architect and oversee the design of enterprise-grade AI solutions that can scale seamlessly across geographies, business units, and technology ecosystems.
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Provide hands-on expertise in critical situations - personally debugging, tuning, or prototyping solutions when needed.
- Build frameworks and reference architectures that accelerate AI adoption at enterprise scale.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and develop data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects to build high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and customer-centric innovation.
- Lead by example - balancing technical rigor with pragmatic delivery.
- Customer Engagement & Advocacy
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand challenges and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
- Serve as an escalation point, leveraging hands-on technical skills to resolve complex customer issues.
- Build trust and credibility with clients through strong communication, solution ownership, and thought leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
12+ years of professional experience in AI, data science, or advanced analytics.Career foundation as a data scientist or technical architect, with strong programming, modeling, and system design expertise.Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and scaling AI / ML solutions for large enterprises.Proven track record of thought leadership - publishing, speaking, or driving innovation in AI.Hands-on technical skills to prototype models, debug pipelines, and solve customer challenges directly.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.Experience managing senior-level teams and collaborating across product, engineering, and business functions.Only open to US Citizens and Green Card holders
