We are searching for a Tax Manager to join our CPA firm.  This is a unique opportunity to join a great team of professionals in providing outstanding service to a very successful client base.  We offer an excellent compensation package, great fringe benefits and the opportunity to become a shareholder in our firm in the near future.

This position will include the following responsibilities :

• Perform technical reviews of tax returns and financial statements prepared by our staff.
• Research tax issues.
• Assistance with resolving tax issues for our clients with the IRS.
• Manage and mentor our staff members.
• Manage the client relationship for the clients assigned to you.
• Provide proactive tax planning services for the clients you manage.
