Location : El Monte, CA & Surrounding Areas

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 3 PM

Pay : $21-$25 / hour (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

Provide one-on-one and group behavior support to students

Implement proven ABA strategies to help students learn and grow

Assist in crisis intervention and support positive behavior development

Maintain accurate records and data collection to track progress

Help students build independent skills for lifelong success

Work side-by-side with teachers and behavioral specialists to create a supportive environment

What You Need to Join the Team

High school diploma required

Experience in behavior intervention preferred (but passion goes a long way!)

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Eager to learn and make a lasting impact
