About the Role

Fishbeck is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst to support our Infrastructure and Transportation teams, with a strong focus on Bentley design software. This role ensures alignment with state DOT requirements and smooth interoperability across Infrastructure, Transportation, and Geospatial departments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in an A / E environment, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with IT Helpdesk and design staff to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Manage DOT design requirements for Bentley solutions such as MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
• Develop push-button deployments for design applications in coordination with the automation team.
• Collaborate with IT teams to analyze challenges and implement both short- and long-term solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, including AI-based solutions for IT and internal teams.
• Work with external software vendors on licensing management, system upgrades, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Provide training and technical guidance to the Desktop Support team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Department Director.
