You will be responsible for developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. As part of the Risk Management team you are expected to lead the Risk Assessment Facilitation Team (RAFT). As a Director you are to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are also responsible for advising client service teams in risk management matters, developing requirements for risk-management systems, and preparing and presenting on risk management and quality matters.
