Seeking an OB/GYN to join well-respected multispecialty group ? The OBGYN Team is currently comprised of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers. ? We are planning to add 3 physicians to the practice ? Call: 1:5 (utilizing OBGYN locums until fully staffed) ? Laparoscopy, minimally invasive, hysterectomy skills required ? Willing to prescribe contraception ? Able to perform tubal ligation and insert IUDs ? Performing slings for mid urethral incontinence (TVT/ TOT) a plus ? Preferably ultrasound viability scan experience (not anatomy scan) ? 50% Obstetrics / 50% Gynecology ? Average 20-25 patients per day ? High Risk pregnancies, have access to MFM ? High Risk are transferred to a higher acuity center at 35 weeks. ? Oncology and Uro-gynecology are referred out ? Cerner EMR ? APPs take second call for C-Sections, but do not assist with GYN surgeries. ? Patient population: lots of diversity- from migrant workers to college professors ? Payer Mix: HMO, PPO, Fee for service ? Additional language skills a plus: Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, Mandarin ? Group has a Hospitalist team who manage inpatient care for regular admissions ?
