Director of Claims Health Insurance

Solidarity Health Network, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Claims to join our team!

Position Highlights :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in health insurance claims
• Strong ability to multi-task and lead operations
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the claims department, including managers, supervisors, and claims examiners
• Oversee claims adjudication, payment accuracy, and compliance with CMS, ERISA, and state regulatory guidelines
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings
• Ensure timely adjudication of complex claims, appeals, and escalations
• Provide executive leadership with regular reporting, analytics, and strategic recommendations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including turnaround times, accuracy, pending claims, and inventory
