Flow is seeking an energetic leader who is operationally savvy and dedicated to delivering memorable experiences for residents, hotel guests, and staff. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospitality, residential, and event operations. As the primary on-site leader throughout the weekend, this role ensures seamless hotel concierge services, optimized property management, exceptional guest and resident experiences, and efficient team leadership. This manager is the main escalation point for all guest or resident issues, manages the front-of-house teams, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high standards of service, process efficiency, and community engagement.

This role is a Thursday-Monday work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead, support, and develop Flow Experience (concierge) team, ensuring effective shift coverage, performance management, and positive team culture.
• Guest & Resident Experience : Oversee all aspects of guest and resident hospitality, including concierge support, check-ins / outs, amenity access, and prompt resolution of concerns.
• Operational Management : Ensure daily hotel and residential operations run smoothly, supervise package and property workflows, maintain order in common areas, and coordinate with housekeeping and facilities.
• Community & Events : Collaborate with the community team to execute weekend events and support resident programming and activations.
• Administration & Communication : Track performance and feedback, manage budgets and financial records, and maintain clear communication with team members and management.
