Job descriptionThere is a separate BR for local candidates Location : 8635 W. 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90048 Float Location : 1192 Hilhurst Ave, Los Feliz, CA 90027 Shift : 8 hours between 0600-1800. Schedule restrictions and requests for schedule changes cannot be accommodated. Experience with the following OBGYN procedures required : PAP, Coplo, Leep, D&C, EMB, IUD insertions, and removals, Nexplanon, and NST Required : CA License BLS IV / Blood Draw Certified 1 Year of OBGYN experience 2 Years of overall LVN experience Position / Specialty : LVN / OBGYN Years of experience REQ : 2 as LVN and 1 in OBGYN First-timers accepted : Yes Weekend REQ : No Certs REQ : BLS and IV Certified Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule?
