A company is looking for a Business Analyst II Claims, Root Cause.

Key Responsibilities

Support business initiatives through data analysis, user acceptance testing, and identifying implementation barriers

Analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements and assist with implementation

Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units while updating departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare

Project management experience preferred

Must reside in the state of Florida
