About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient primary care team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to adult and senior patients. You ll work collaboratively with a supervising physician and interdisciplinary care team to ensure patients receive comprehensive, evidence-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans under physician supervision.
- Provide care for adults and seniors with acute and chronic conditions.
- Coordinate patient care using evidence-based medicine and current clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours of patient visits.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic condition management.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and regulatory standards.
