This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and support the design, development, and optimization of industrial control systems. Youll work cross-functionally to integrate controls into manufacturing processes, manage projects, and drive innovation in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications
Education
Required
Bachelors or better in Computer Engineering or related field.
Bachelors or better in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Bachelors or better in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience
Required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex control systems.
Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and Function Block Diagrams (FBD).
Expertise in designing and implementing control systems (PLCs, SCADA, etc.).
Experience managing relationships with control system vendors and suppliers.
Proven ability to lead and manage control system projects from concept to completion.
37 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred
Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Experience with the Ignition platform and dashboard development.
Knowledge of C, C++, or Python.
Familiarity with robotic control systems and programming.
Experience with MES systems and industrial controls integration.
Experience in consumer appliance manufacturing.
