JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Graphic Designer, you will have responsibility for developing and modifying retail packaging, digital assets, social media images, collateral, point-of-purchase, and sales materials for the Java House Brand. You will be expected to execute all designs using the established Java House Brand guidelines. Additionally, you will have the responsibility for managing the artwork routing process with cross-functional partners for new packaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create packaging graphics, from initial concepts through print-ready file
• Create graphics and digital assets for websites, banners, and social media placements, leveraging digital design best-practices
• Design and prepare print-ready files for consumers, sales presentations, in-store point-of-purchase, and other placements
• Work within technical specifications for each project
• Translate business goals, key messages, and other creative brief elements into compelling visual solutions
• Bring modern, fresh approaches to your designs to ensure they enhance the way our brands are perceived in the market
• Manage formal artwork routing process with cross-functional partners
