The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of innovative and visually compelling designs that elevate the Colts brand across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative visionary with a strong design portfolio, attention to detail, and the ability to execute high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute dynamic creative assets for digital, print, experiential and in-stadium environments that align with the Colts brand identity.
• Brainstorm the conceptualization and design of marketing campaigns, social media graphics, digital campaigns, signage, and corporate partnership activations.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to produce visually compelling storytelling that engages Colts fans and beyond.
• Oversee brand consistency across all creative assets while continuously pushing the visual identity forward.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including digital, social media, corporate partnerships, events and community relations, to ensure alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of design excellence.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the sports and entertainment industry.
• Contribute to a culture of creativity and innovation. We strive on creativity, consistency and collaboration.
