Shift hours 6am-2 : 30pm

Position Overview :

Under general supervision, uses hand tools and electric tools to mount parts, fabricate sheet metal enclosures, assemble power stacks and install power wire and / or wire harness for various products according to job shop instructions and by following the company's workmanship standards.  Possess the basic understanding of measuring to 1 / 32nd of an inch with a temp measurer, torque tolerance and hardware assembly. Available to complete other duties as assigned. This role involves cross-training opportunities in other departments to enhance skills and support team needs.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years’ demonstrated fabrication, sheet metal, carpentry or related experience.
• Possess the basic understanding of measuring, torque tolerance and hardware assembly.
• Ability to work independently to complete milestones.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quality and productivity standards within team.
• Good time-management skills and ability to set priorities.
• Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, customer service and teamwork.
• Ability and willingness to complete other duties as assigned.
• This role involves cross-training opportunities in other departments to enhance skills and support team needs.
