Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Product Coach and change agent to help teams build innovative products while driving product management excellence initiatives across Pearson. The successful candidate will serve as both a hands-on product coach with real-world delivery credibility and a strategic transformation leader, working directly with C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate product management practices organization-wide.
This role combines solid practitioner experience in product delivery with strong coaching abilities, focusing on building capabilities and transforming practices across business units. Successful candidates will be able to flex between strategic work and team-level activity, with an overall mission to drive and scale change with a practical lens.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by applicable laws, the pay range for this position is as follows :
The minimum full-time salary range is between $195,000 - $215,000 - This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is provided here.
