About the Role

The Membership & Business Development Intern will work closely with the Senior Manager of Membership & Business Development to learn about international business, nonprofit operations, and modern CRM systems. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll gain experience with technology tools, data analysis, and professional networking while supporting our membership team with day-to-day operations.

What You'll Learn & Do

Administrative Support :

• Help with member renewal communications and event name badge preparation
• Assist with organizing new member welcome materials and taking meeting notes
• Support event preparation, setup and logistics

Research & Analysis :

Internship Details

Duration : Spring 2026 Semester

Start Date : January 26th, 2026

End Date : June 4th, 2026

Hours : Minimum 15 hours per week

Schedule : Some availability during standard business hours required; in-office presence at least two days per week

Events : Attendance at WTCI events expected and encouraged

Stipend : $4,000 total

Presentation : End-of-semester presentation to WTCI staff showcasing projects and insights

Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply. This internship is designed for students early in their careers who are eager to learn and grow. Longer-term arrangements can be discussed based on performance and organizational needs.
