ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring an Ad Ops Developer to architect, build, and maintain the foundation of our marketing data and ad operations infrastructure. This role is highly technical and central to how TaxRise measures, optimizes, and scales paid media performance.

You'll be responsible for developing a unified tracking and attribution system—integrating data across ad platforms, analytics tools, and lifecycle systems. This is an opportunity to build the ad ops infrastructure from the ground up : designing event schemas, establishing automation pipelines, and ensuring every campaign and conversion is tracked with precision.

• Base salary : $100,000 – $110,000 annually
