Work Days : Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays | Hours of Operation : 8 : 00am - 5 : 30pm

Position Overview The Relationship Banker is responsible for delivering an exceptional banking experience that results in lasting customer relationships. This role provides a full scope of products and services, ensuring customers receive the full capabilities of Broadway Bank.

Essential Functions

• Provide comprehensive banking services, including transactions processing, account opening, servicing, and loan processing, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service, and resolve client concerns directly or through appropriate referrals.
• Engage customers through personal connections, open-ended questions, and active listening to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Maintain deep expertise in all Broadway deposit and loan products to effectively educate and advise customers.
• Achieve sales goals by understanding customer financial needs and presenting tailored solutions for Broadway's products and services.
• Build and expand relationships through outbound calls for service, sales, and account onboarding.
• Utilize CRM effectively to capture client information, record activities, schedule follow-up actions, and identify next likely sales opportunities, facilitating robust customer relationship management.
• Work collaboratively with Broadway bankers and LOB partners to connect customers with the right expertise for their financial needs.
• Manage risk, practice loss prevention, and adhere to security policies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support retail objectives and meet regularly with Financial Center Manager to review goals and performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned in compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
• This position may require travel within the Bank's geographic area.
