Title : Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Step-Down (CWR)\nLocation : Neptune, New Jersey, 07754\nDuration : 13 Weeks\nShift : 3x12s | 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM\n\nPay Rate : $2,451 Weekly Gross\n\nPosition Overview\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ICU Step-Down team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, post-surgical and cardiac vascular step-down environment. This position involves evaluating patients, implementing nursing interventions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate, plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.\n
• Identify and prioritize patient care requirements through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.\n
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans through continuous assessments.\n
• Initiate assessments based on patient conditions, medical diagnoses, and nursing frameworks.\n
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care throughout hospitalization.\n
• Maintain accurate documentation per established standards of care and patient acuity.\n
• Promote evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.\n
• Provide patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing practice models.\n
• Float to other units within competency as required.\n
• Support post-surgical and cardiac vascular step-down unit operations.\n\nRequired Education\n
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)\n\nPreferred Education\n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)\n\nRequired Certifications & Licensure\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS – AHA)\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS – AHA)\n
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)\n
• CEU Stroke Education (4 Contact Hours)\n
• Telemetry Certification\n
