Locum Physician (MD / DO) - Family Practice in Colubmia, SC

About The Position

Specialty accepted : MD

Start date or shifts : ASAP – Ongoing; Monday to Sunday, 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM; ideal candidate available 2+ full days per week (at least one weekday required)

Daily schedule : Part-time, 2+ full days per week; 5 to 8 in-home assessments per day

Practice setting : Home Health

Types of procedures : Health and wellness evaluations, H&P assessments, vitals, medication review, urine and blood collection, fecal kit distribution

Number of patients : 5 to 8 assessments per day

Ages : Geriatric

Requirements : State license; NPI; CAQH; BLS; unrestricted license; auto insurance; no DEA required;  EMR documentation via iPad; training modules (not paid) required prior to first shift

Additional information : Credentialing in 30 to 45 days; Client provides iPad and test supplies; providers must supply own equipment (lab jacket, stethoscope, sensory tools, BP cuff, etc.); incentive pay and lab bonuses available; travel and lodging provided for qualifying providers; hotel and rental car available if traveling more than 75 miles from home.
