Process Design Engineer

Overview

Kennedy Jenks (KJ) is growing its Facilities Engineering team and is seeking Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineers to support our projects. Roles can be located in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, and California. We deliver engineering and environmental consulting services with a focus on innovation and sustainability, including green infrastructure design, strategies to reduce energy use and environmental impacts, and water reuse projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on challenging projects in the mining and metals, aerospace, pulp and paper mill, food and beverage, and manufacturing industries.
• Collaborate in a collegial, multi-disciplined, team-based environment on projects from initial planning through design, construction, and startup operations.
• Deliver industrial engineering design and construction in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and California.
• Perform industrial engineering design, chemical and process calculations, bench and pilot testing, and provide engineering services during construction of projects.

Requirements

Compensation, Benefits, and Work Model

Kennedy Jenks supports a healthy work-life balance and utilizes a hybrid model of home and office work.

Salary range anticipated to be $95,000 to $120,000, depending on education, experience, qualifications, licensure / certifications, and geographic location.
