Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift and Night shift
Day shift : $12.40 - $13.40
Night shift : $13.40 - $14.40
Job Summary
The Production Team Member is responsible for performing repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce automotive parts. This position requires attention to detail, following standardized procedures, and working as part of a team to ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive parts by following standardized work instructions (SWI) and blueprints.
- Position and align components accurately according to assembly requirements.
- Fasten or secure parts using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
- Operate or assist machines performing assembly operations such as cutting, molding, or fastening.
- Work at different production stations as needed to meet production goals.
- Understand and adhere to all customer quality specifications and company standards.
- Identify and separate defective parts or materials.
- Assist with daily and weekly equipment maintenance as scheduled by the supervisor or preventive maintenance plan.
- Participate in team meetings, 5S, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to the team leader or supervisor.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervisor instructions.
- Participate in end-of-shift cleanup (last five minutes of each shift).
Job Qualifications
Education & Experience :
High School Diploma or GED required.One to three months of related experience or training preferred.Skills :
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.Working Conditions :
Work performed in a manufacturing / production environment.Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands for assembly tasks.Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.Job Type : Full-time
