Job description

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center seeks a Physician Associate to join our team of General Surgery and Trauma Specialists in Bangor, Maine . Our team works a varied schedule including nights, evenings, and weekends provide acute care and trauma services.

Responsibilities include :

  • Assisting in the operating room with elective, acute care, and traumatic surgical cases
  • Rounding in the ICU and surgical floors
  • Trauma response in the emergency department
  • Performing procedures including central venous lines, chest tubes, arterial lines, and wound dressing changes

    • Candidates must be NCCPA certified, and licensed to practice in the State of Maine, or immediately eligible for the same.
