A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner to manage complex employee matters during a phase of hypergrowth.
Key Responsibilities :
Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of employee relations cases, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution
Lead internal investigations into allegations of misconduct, delivering evidence-based recommendations
Serve as a consultant to managers on employee relations topics and help de-escalate high-tension conversations
Required Qualifications :
5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in Employee Relations
Proven track record of managing complex investigations and high-risk performance cases
Experience supporting a diverse workforce, including salaried professionals and hourly workers
Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies
