Role: .NET Lead Developer •10+ years of Experience in Development .NET Web Applications, tech stack including , C#, Core .NET, Web API, Angular, SQL Server •2+ years Lead Developer experience in effort estimation and technical guidance to team members •Experience in Agile, especially in SAFe agile framework is preferred. •Experience in Measuring, Tracking and Reporting Daily, Weekly status in Agile. •Experience in Production Issues Root Cause Analysis and Performing Preventive Actions. •Proficiency in understanding the Application Architecture. •Strong analytical skills and ability to provide creative solutions, leveraging latest technologies wherever is possible. •Strong customer communication, especially while in handling production issues and engage required stakeholders for resolution. •Responsible for Application Development in Agile leveraging SAFe agile framework. •Manage estimation, planning and tracking of User Stories development & completion as required. •Strong customer communication, especially while in handling production issues and engage required stakeholders for resolution.
