JOB DESCRIPTION :

Lead the architecture design development and deployment of AEM applications

Manage delivery timelines resources and budgets across multiple projects

Ensure adherence to best practices in AEM development and DevOps

Guide and mentor a team of AEM developers architects and QA engineers

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards

Foster a collaborative and high performance team culture

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Provide strategic guidance on Adobe Experience Cloud integrations eg Adobe Analytics Adobe Launch RTCDP
