Competitive CompensationAdditional training / development opportunitiesThe Inside Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.
Core Functions :
Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualificationContact leads and prospects via phone and emailParticipate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.)Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customersExecute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reportingAttend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours)Other Required Skills :
Strong communication and listening skillsThe ability to adapt sales style to a particular customerHighly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personalityProfessionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive resultsIdeal candidates will also possess :
1+ years of prior inside sales experienceAssociates or Bachelors Degree
