PR News LLC is an independent, bilingual investigative media platform led by journalist Bianca Graulau. Rooted in Puerto Rico, our reporting travels across the globe — connecting local struggles to worldwide conversations — with depth, creativity, and integrity. Our short documentaries reach millions of viewers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

We’re growing our team and looking for a Senior Producer to lead our long-form video projects. This is a chance to shape impactful stories, manage a talented crew, and bring visually stunning, deeply reported investigations to life.

What You’ll Do :

• Collaborate with Bianca and the editorial team to refine story ideas, narrative arcs, and creative treatments.
• Guide the team through all stages of production : pre-production planning, on-location shoots, and post-production delivery.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and logistics to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to associate producers, editors, and freelance crew.
• Ensure high editorial standards, accuracy, and ethical journalism in every project.
• Work with our social and community teams to align promotional strategies.
• Contribute fresh, creative ideas for visual storytelling and audience engagement.
