Colorado Licensed Collections Attorney

A company is looking for a Collections Associate Attorney in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all aspects of assigned collection cases from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents; represent clients in court proceedings

Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with opposing counsel and debtors

Qualifications :

Member in good standing of the Colorado Bar

3+ years of legal experience, preferably in collections, creditors' rights, or civil litigation

Strong knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and relevant state laws

Proficient in legal research tools and case management software

Additional Bar licenses are a plus
