Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and other TFI Leadership, the Senior Research Assistant assists with the implementation of Behavioral Science research studied. This position is grant-funded and is dependent on the availability of continued grant support. It is possible that the employee’s effort will be transitioned, in whole or in part, to other research studies as needed to remain fully funded.

This position may require a flexible working schedule with some evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities :

Implements recruitment efforts that lead to study participation

• Implements and evaluates study recruitment plan by identifying and establishing recruitment sources
• Recruits and interviews potential participants as specified by study protocols
• Maintains and updates related databases
• Presents about studies at community events, CAB meetings, and other appropriate forums
• Acts as first point of contact for study inquiries and interested participants
• Coordinate BSRP social media strategies by liaising with the communications team to post content promoting BSRP studies and to evaluate the impact of content

Coordinates study retention efforts

Assists in the development of research projects and publications

Training

Utilizes written and verbal communication to contribute to the effective functioning of research projects

Meets Agency Participatory Expectations

Performs other related duties as required
