Job Title : Head of Regional Sales – West Coast
Reporting to the President, this role is based in San Francisco, CA and is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of five Account Managers and one Showroom Manager & Sales Coordinator across the West Coast region. The Sales Manager will drive trade sales growth, provide leadership and development to the team, and ensure alignment with company strategies and values. The role also oversees the Canada territory, driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships within the interior design and architecture community, and contributing to the ongoing development of the territory. This is a full‑time salary exempt role.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management : Lead a team based in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Francisco; ensure they meet or exceed sales targets while upholding company values.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Monitor & analyze sales performance and identify trends & areas for improvement.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings & the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the Head of Regional Sales EC to develop & execute sales strategies, keeping the company competitive, innovative & expanding our customer base.
- Travel to visit trade account managers across regions to shadow them and provide on‑the‑ground support and guidance.
- Territory Oversight – Canada : Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction, actively seeking new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Canada territory, actively contributing to its growth and development.
- Present products, build strong relationships with prospects & clients via regular interactions.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge to recommend solutions for a wide range of applications.
- Manage client portfolio : fulfill orders, monitor delivery, & address inquiries.

10+ years of sales & account management experience.Experience in interior design, architecture, or luxury furnishings industry preferred.Proven success managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.Proficiency with Apple / Mac tools, CRM systems (HubSpot a plus), & Office 365 Suite.Strong understanding of the East Coast design communities.About Our Company
