Are you a hands-on sales leader who thrives in fast-moving, zero-to-one environments? Do you want to build and lead the revenue engine at one of the most technically ambitious AI startups in their space while benefiting from generous equity and the opportunity to grow out your own sales team?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on sales leader to join a rapidly scaling, venture-backed AI startup, in a role with massive scope to scale and shape the company whilst benefiting from an excellent commission structure and market leading equity.
The team is pioneering no-code AI agents that collaborate across email, Slack, and Zoom, handling open-ended tasks in dynamic environments while learning and improving over time.
As Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of the entire go-to-market motion, from building the sales team and playbooks to closing strategic mid-market deals yourself. You'll lead by example, coach Account Executives and SDRs to consistent quota attainment, and partner closely with marketing and product leadership to scale a predictable revenue engine.
