About the Position
Seeking an individual who will be responsible for specific roles in the production process. This person will ensure that quality standards are met throughout the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods. You should have a can do attitude, be willing to take initiative and have a passion for all things manufacturing and tech.

What Your Day Looks Like
Controls assembly and sub-assembly operations.
Builds the predetermined work order quantities in the stated amount of time.
Cares for the machines- cleans them, changes molds, runs samples, and makes machine adjustments.
Ensures machine safety, warehouse safety and the safety of employees at all times.
Maintains immediate work area, tools, materials, and equipment.
Keeps up with production records.
Reports and reviews manufacturing orders for variances.
Reports breakdowns, damages, and excess wear of production tools and equipment.
Oversees quality, delivery and productivity to meet the company’s goals.
Fill out production forms recording total production, seconds, samples, and waste.
Coordinates final inspection process for the assigned product type.
Moves material in a safe manner to inspect and return to proper location after inspections are complete.
Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive, test, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Foster a team environment to maintain a high level of efficiency.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.
Create safety and security procedures; determine appropriate action beyond guidelines.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in ME, CE, or certificate in a similar field
Three to five years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience commensurate with the requirements of this position
Must be comfortable with 20% oversea travel for equipment and system training.
