Adobe Target - Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Adobe Target Tech Lead with strong project management capabilities. The Target Tech Lead implements, tests, and optimizes web and mobile experiences using Adobe Target for personalization and A / B testing. Key responsibilities include developing and executing personalization campaigns, writing front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for tailored experiences, integrating Adobe Target with other Adobe products like Marketo and ensuring proper tagging and tracking. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Target across web and mobile platforms, as well as Marketo email channel.
• Architect and maintain robust personalization and testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketo tech lead, marketers, UX designers, and data analysts to ensure seamless integration and execution of experiments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Target deployments.
• Provides client training for future personalization and testing frameworks
