JOB SUMMARY

The Resort Spa Boutique Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa boutique, ensuring exceptional guest service, effective merchandising, and maximizing sales performance. This role involves managing inventory, training staff, and creating a welcoming, luxurious environment that reflects the resort's brand and enhances the overall guest experience.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Leadership & Team Management :
• Supervise and mentor boutique staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.
• Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and guest engagement.
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
• Provide feedback for performance evaluations.
• Guest Experience :

Ensure every guest receives an elevated and personalized shopping experience.

Support sales to meet or exceed boutique revenue targets.

Coordinate ordering and receiving of boutique products, including spa-related items, apparel, and accessories.

Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the Spa Director.

Work closely with the spa and resort teams to create a seamless guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business, retail, or hospitality management preferred.

Related Work Experience

Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.

Experience in a resort spa environment is a plus.
