Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Progressive Die Tool Designer with expertise in CATIA to join our dynamic team at a leading stamping company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing progressive stamping dies and a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop progressive dies for metal stamping processes using CATIA software.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure designs meet manufacturing requirements and client specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, material flow analyses, and ensure proper die functionality.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of tooling components and assemblies.
• Optimize die designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability while adhering to project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to die design and implementation.
• Maintain design documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
