Salary Range : $47,000-$55,000

Principal Accountabilities :

• The Project Manager will operate within the Healthcare Department to oversee and implement projects that span various business objectives, including WiFi assessments and installations, application migrations / upgrades, and device deployments (e.g., laptops, desktops, printers, Wow / Jaco carts, etc.)
• Responsible for estimating project resources, timelines, and costs, while also maintaining project financials (estimated, actual, and forecasted) for internal resources.
• Oversees assigned IT projects to ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and scope.
• Manages monthly billing for all completed projects.
• Develops and executes project communication plans, providing status updates to relevant staff and stakeholders.
• Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as necessary to create project status reports.
• Conducts retrospectives and performance evaluations in a timely and constructive manner.
• Cultivates business relationships and promotes a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Delegates tasks to and collaborates with the project team to effectively carry out assignments.
• Complies with company governance, policies, and security controls, managing projects to meet these standards

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

Additional Experience to note :

o    Healthcare IT management or Desktop experience is a plus

o    Experience with ServiceNow and ITAM / Hampro is a plus
