A company is looking for an Appointment Center Patient Service Specialist III - Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service to patients and callers in a call center environment
Coordinate services and schedule appointments based on urgency and type
Act as a liaison for outside referring physicians and resolve scheduling issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Three years of experience with Cleveland Clinic EPIC or relevant call center experience
Completion of the Cleveland Clinic Epic Scheduling and Registration trainings is acceptable
Ability to type 25 words per minute
Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of experience
