Job Title : Project Manager (for ENR top 300 Contractor)

Job Location : Irvine, CA

Compensation : $150k-$190k + Vehicle + Benefits

Requirements : 5+ years as a construction Project Manager. Experience on ground-up projects exceeding $20M+

This is a full time / permanent position with an ENR top 300 General Contractor.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has experience on ground-up projects exceeding $20M+. Ideally, projects related to Industrial facilities, Warehouses, Manufacturing, food / beverage, etc. However, they are also interested in candidates with general commercial projects if they have exceeded $20M+.
