Digital Project Manager

A company is looking for a Digital Agency Project Manager to join their Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all client project phases including AI projects, UX / UI design, and software development for multiple engagements

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while adhering to established methodology and processes

Organize and facilitate weekly client-facing meetings and maintain detailed project plans and artifacts

Required Qualifications

3 to 6 years of client-facing project management experience

Current or previous experience in a digital agency environment

Proven experience managing budgets of $250K+ for enterprise-level clients

Strong Agile / Scrum experience

Proficiency with Harvest, Basecamp, JIRA, and Confluence
