We're seeking an Operations Manager to lead and grow our installation and branch operations for our new North Jersey branch, opening in early 2026. In this role, you'll oversee the full scope of operational and install processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, profitability, and stellar customer experience as we launch our newest location.

This role will work onsite out of our new North Jersey market location in Whippany, NJ. Candidates from other surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and manage the branch operational plan that meets the company's goals and objectives.
• Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets; recommend, implement, and monitor actions to increase revenue generation and profitability
• Recruit, onboard, and manage employees; maintain appropriate staff levels based on pipeline indicators
• Maintain positive customer relationships; identify, monitor, and manage customer service standards
• Collaborate with the regional team to identify, develop, and implement best practices and SOPs

Pay Transparency Statement : At Window Nation, compensation is determined on multiple factors, including experience, education, skills, location, and the requirements of the role. For this position, the expected base salary range is $90,000-98,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be based on a combination of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
