About the Role :
We are not looking for a regular designer. We are looking for a visionary, someone who can translate elite taste into stunning, memorable visuals.
You will become the visual architect of our brands. From cigar bands and luxury packaging to restaurant menus, merchandise, digital campaigns, and full brand identities — every pixel you design must evoke power, beauty, exclusivity, and legacy.

- Experienced working directly with founders, CEOs, or luxury clients
Responsibilities :
Design brand identities for new and existing luxury businessesDevelop cigar packaging (bands, boxes, labels) and retail brandingCreate restaurant menus, luxury T-shirt and polo graphics, merchandise, and printBuild stunning investor decks, brand books, and digital presentationsLead visual design for new cigar lounges, from concept to experienceWork closely with the Chairman to align on strategic visionOversee and maintain high-end creative consistency across all channelsMust-Have Experience :
Proven portfolio in luxury brand design (fashion, spirits, cigars, hospitality, or similar)Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Deep understanding of typography, print production, packaging, and brandingAbility to work across digital, print, and merchandise formatsGlobal mindset with cultural sensitivity in design aestheticsBonus if you :
Have designed for premium cigars, whiskey brands, or luxury hotelsHave 3D, animation, motion, or architectural rendering skillsCan direct photography and video art directionHave led a brand from concept to global recognitionKnow how to build timeless logos and cohesive visual systemsWhat We Offer :
