Primary Responsibilities

Consumer and Realtor Experience :

• Respond to all email, phone, and text leads with a sense of expediency while remaining customer focused and personable.
• Provide information and marketing material to leads, along with other important selling points of each community.
• Qualify each lead based on stated needs and determine best community and / or floor plan fit via strong understanding of all current and future communities.
• Provide consistent follow-up to online lead with the goal setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Counselors, including outbound calling and prospecting.
• Maintain relationships with realtor partners through monthly follow up.
