Job Title : Fiscal Management Specialist
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a highly motivated Fiscal Management Specialist to join the PLCB team. As a Fiscal Management Specialist 2, you will be responsible for conducting audits and accounting for inventory stored in our Eastern Region Distribution Center, located in Philadelphia, PA.
Description Of Work :
- Conduct and review audits and cycle counts for all inventory stored in an agency Distribution Center.
- Prepare reports and findings of fact as a result of audits and cycle counts.
- Review, analyze, and investigate any discrepancies on exception and damage reports.
- Develop reports on unaccountable discrepancies or damages detailing any associated or mitigating factors.
- Review and analyze inventory adjustments and reconcile outstanding issues.
Work Schedule And Additional Information :
Full-time employment.Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Minimum Experience and Training Requirements :One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orOne year of experience in professional fiscal administration, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements :You must meet the PA residency requirement.You must be able to perform essential job functions.Legal Requirements : You must pass a background investigation.An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
