Clinical Director- Mansfield RRP/ Toledo RRP (Hybrid)

This position is responsible for the overall program, clinical oversight, and monitoring of clients at the assigned locations. Ensures all services are consistent with the mission of Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana, and meet contract, funding and/or accreditation requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate program records to meet agency, funding, and billing standards. This is position is predominately remote with one day per week in office at both designated sites.

The Clinical Director requires a master's degree with independent licensure. ( LISW, LISW-S, LLMFT LPCC). Previous supervisory and management experience required. The position requires the ability to supervise program staff, make site visits, conduct individual and group interventions, maintain programming, assess needs, make referrals, develop resources, and maintain good records. CPR and first aid certification must be obtained within 60 days of position start and must be maintained.
