Job Overview

As a qualified vocational provider, your role is to provide quality job development and job training support and supervision within the assigned caseload

Salary : $40,000-$65,000 / Annually - Based on 1000 hours.

Follow school schedule.

Schedule : Monday - Friday Minimum 10 – 30 hours per week

Employment : Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Develop internships, job training experiences, and social / recreational experiences based on the interest profile of assigned students
• Facilitate person-centered planning as part of the development of a comprehensive transition plan for students 14-21
• Develop skill acquisition plans and work cooperatively with behavioral support team to create plans that address identified needs in the community
• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities and their support staff, either directly or indirectly, to find meaningful, lasting connections in their own neighborhoods
• Complete required paperwork (i.e., quarterlies, written plans) in a timely manner
• Complete other limited duties, as necessary for the Clinical Director, to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company
