As a Charge Nurse at Gardens at Osage Terrace in Bentonville, AR, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments with precision while meticulously charting each patient's progress. You'll serve as a key communicator, liaising effectively with physicians, family members, and the pharmacy to ensure seamless care. In addition to overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's), you will lend your support in assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed. An active LPN license is essential, coupled with in-depth knowledge of state regulations specific to Assisted Living Level 2. Strong communication skills are imperative, as you will regularly interact with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring every voice is heard in the care process. Proficiency in healthcare software and charting tools is also vital for accurate documentation and medication management. Additionally, a keen understanding of supervising staff is necessary, as you’ll be responsible for leading the CNA team while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
